What Happens During a Circle Of Grace Session
How does the Circle of Grace feel? That is as individual as you are, yet the sensations always follow the same energetic patterns and pathways. For those who are relatively healthy and balanced, you will not get the same intensity of sensations as someone who is ill. You may still feel a "flow" circulating, sometimes only slight sensations of fullness in the left leg/arm or the left hand/foot as pressure leaves your system. Many people report this as feeling a cool liquid sliding down inside the left leg/arm. Or, you may feel an electric "spark" at the blockage site, then another "spark" in the hand or foot as that pressure pocket reaches the exit. Some people only experience warmth and/or tingling in fingers and toes when they do the exercise. Some will feel nothing, yet find that they have much more energy to get them through the day. When working alone with Spirit (chuckle), know that we begin opening the system from the bottom up, first the feet, then the hands, then the crown. Once those chakras are open, the clearing can truly begin. Some of you may only feel areas of warmth and cold, others may feel each "lumpy bump" come down and out the entire length of your meridians as sharp lines. Know that these sensations are transient, do not be afraid of feeling pain in this process. What you are feeling is the passage of old pain, an echo of its progress that tells you of its path. Just remember to keep your jaw joints open and do your deep breathing, for it will help to push those pressure pockets down and out! Know that, in each pattern, the Circle of Grace is working to clear and energize you. Remember that your body naturally clears itself in this way every night, no matter what position you choose to sleep in. If you wake up with new or chronic pain, massage it down and out your arm or leg. If you are energetically knowledgeable, open the blockage with a simple counter-clockwise attunement, then move it down and out. Often, just being conscious of this process is enough to set it in motion. Massaging an area of pressure that rises up will also make it flow. Eventually, you will feel the COG release whenever you rest, even to watch TV or read! For those of you who do not pick up any sensations, focus on the energizing aspect of the Circle of Grace. A half hour of this exercise in the morning will give you much energy for the day, making you feel younger and stronger. Again, this is a self-correcting system that works with or without your conscious mind in the driver's seat. Once you become aware of this process, you can actively participate in your own self-healing, from clearing meridian blocks to clearing headaches, back pain, or any pain anywhere. |
