What is the Circle of Grace (CoG)?
| The Circle of Grace is your body's natural cleansing and refueling mechanism. While you sleep, your nervous system releases internal pressure and intakes universal energy, the body's etheric food. Your "dense etheric body" is designed in four layers, physical, emotional, mental and spiritual, which we call the PEMS layers. In concert with your energetic meridians, your nervous system flushes pressure from all four layers and rebalances your internal pressure with an equal amount of new energy. There is never a drain without a gain! The COG exercise teaches you conscious participation to activate this natural clearing whenever you feel the need to rid yourself of pain and stress, or feel low in energy. The Circle of Grace is a healing exercise that can be performed personally as a self-guided meditation. It can also be triggered to flow by trained practitioners. When etheric blockages are removed from the system and the meridians become free-flowing, all modalities become more efficient and effective! |

What
are Etheric Blockages?
Pain and stress have physical properties of mass and density that exist in all four PEMS layers of your dense etheric body - i.e. both in your physical body and in your aura. Because the energetic meridians are intricately tied to the physical meridians, pain and stress also exist inside you as physical objects. Since you cannot see these "pain or stress pockets" of dense etheric blockage, just as you do not yet see your own auras, you discount their existence. The Circle Of Grace is a clearing exercise which clears blockages and pain from all four PEMS levels of the human body. Blockages are low-density pressure pockets of etheric damage, formed from emotions you have stuffed away, physical illness or accident, worries and fears, regrets and revenge, all layered together in a chronological pattern that contains your past history. These pain-pressure pockets find room where there is none, wedging themselves into the aura like so many layered lumps of lead. We visualize them as dark clumps clouding the aura. If left unchecked, these pockets seep into the physical layer and begin causing physical symptoms. When the releasing flow of the meridians becomes interrupted, these pockets spill out beyond the meridians and seep into the tissues, causing a density of flesh that constantly expresses pain. These areas may show no bruising, yet be tender to the touch. That is why chronic pain becomes chronic! If left untreated, your PEMS pain will keep you dense, dull and defeated. |

What Is Pain? Pain is internal pressure, yes, but it has mass, density and weight to your body, like a golf ball. Imagine a torn shoulder that becomes chronically stiff - there is a mass of etheric damage stuck in that area akin to a golf ball. You can't see it or measure it, but it is etheric damage that causes the chronic condition long after the physical body has visibly healed. Clearing the pain-pressure blockage out of that joint and the surrounding meridians will allow the body to function much better! This also applies to blockages throughout your nervous system, which make you tired, grumpy, confused, and causes all manner of sensory, emotional and mental dysfunctions. Given enough time and build-up of pressure, those symptoms worsen to chronic fatigue syndrome, high blood pressure, fibromyalgia, depression, arthritis, migraines, and other pressure-related disease patterns. How does the CoG Work? During the COG exercise, pockets of pressure are released through the exit points of your system (the chakras of the hands and feet) allowing the meridians to return to their normal flow. The pressure pockets, which we refer to as "energetic schmutz," can be released from the closest exit point. There are four basic flow patterns of the COG, depending on your body's needs at any given time. These natural flow patterns, and how they are used, are explained in The Circle of Grace book. For this self-guided meditation, you call in the Brotherhood of Light with the Healing Prayer (please see Published Articles, the prayer is mentioned in five articles.) With the help of Spirit, you can clear blockages through conscious intent. With practice, you learn how to work with the Brothers to release pain and re-energize yourself at will. How often? The Brothers are in Now time, and always available! Doing a COG session for an hour, at least every other day, will provide great benefits. When working with a COG practitioner, you need only to give intent at the beginning of the session to allow the process to occur, relax your jaw and give verbal feedback if you are awake.
