Greetings, dear ones, from the Brotherhood of Light. In this section, we have been asked to discuss the nature of your duality, and why your "illusion" of reality causes confusion at all levels. First and foremost we will say that while you are entrenched in your duality-reality (3D), it is very confusing to see all that is physical, while being told that it is all an illusion. Once you fully grasp that concept, at all levels - physical, emotional, mental and spiritual, then knowing that 3D is an illusion will resolve your confusion! (Chuckles, confusing at first, isn't it?)

Duality is merely a template of consciousness which requires separation. That separation is between awareness of the physical body and etheric body. Your etheric body is your link to All That Is, yet you have been consciously disconnected from your Higher Self for many, many lifetimes. That separation keeps you in duality, as does linear time, as does your current view of death. We would say that one of the biggest influences on separation in your history has been the rise of religious institutions that forced upon you restrictive rules that further separated man from his own divinity. That is a big faulty belief system to release, that you and God are separate. Yet, we know how difficult it is to look around and say, how can all of the trees, buildings, roads, and other earthly things not be real? Physicality is a function of duality, or you could say that physicality is the separation that duality requires. The two are inextricably intertwined, just as your aura and physical core are "knitted" together to form and support your earthly life. Yes, you are a microcosm of the macrocosm (chuckles!)

The physicality all around you is one of the lower vibrational levels of life possible. The marriage of spirit to matter is your goal in this Millennium Shift. The shift is the transmutation of the dense-bodied human into a higher vibration, a higher frequency of energy resulting in a light-bodied form. The earth's shift is raising your vibration, speeding up all of your PEMS processes, physical, emotional, mental and spiritual. Your current confusion and frustration are transient, dear one, as your mind seeks to catch up with what your body is feeling - transition. The confusion you feel is similar to a radio tuned between stations that can only pick up static. Once you have reached the Oneness potential of integrating your 8-chakra system, the trees, roads and buildings will still be there, but you'll see so much more that you couldn't see before!

Whenever you stir the soup, stuff rises from the bottom. That old "stuff" is what the rising energies are forcing your bodies to clear. Now it is time to assimilate and become that higher spiritual knowledge, rather than holding it apart as separate and interesting, and then putting the book back on the shelf. That is continuing in duality, you see? Now is the time to live your faith, to embody it, to embrace the idea that there is life after life as you know it. Every time you reach a new level you bump your head on the level above. You already know much of the information we are relaying, now it is time to put it into your body and become it. That is quite a large step! You have been experiencing life from a higher spiritual perspective in bits and pieces. Now we say you must do it all the time, and in order to do so, you must become it. It requires several shifts, you see, experiencing, doing and thus becoming, over and over and over again until you fully embody the frequency changes from 3-4D to 4-5D.

We will remind you here that God is creation, in many more dimensions than you know! Indeed, all of His creation is ever-expanding and ever-growing. Once set into motion, in perfect sacred geometry and spiritual science, it is an absolutely balanced, on-going miracle that life keeps growing and evolving. Everything in your duality-reality grows, lives, reproduces and dies. That is the cycle of life, death and re-birth on your planet. Nature all around you proves time and again that, though in winter the trees may look dead, they come back to life every year. Yes, the trees seem to die, they lose their leaves and look dry and lifeless. But come the spring, their roots bring in new life and their branches put forth new leaves. Again, the illusion of death is part of the winter cycle, just like the miracle of bears that hibernate for six months without eating or drinking and then rise up out of their dens and start walking around. Is that not a miracle as well? On your planet all life forms continue beyond individual death, for even if that bear dies, its cubs still carry on the bear essence and the bear's physical presence on Earth. This perspective we offer here is seeing the illusion from within it, while accepting the transitional death of your body as part of your reality, but not all of your True Reality.

Once you release duality, you become an eternal energetic being with a temporary physical core, linked to the energy of All That Is.

Many people struggle with the entire concept of duality. We say to you that duality is merely a form that has been pressed upon the Earth's electromagnetic grids in order for you to learn your lessons. That form is easily circumvented, worked through and beyond, by rising up into the higher frequency of Oneness in which there is no duality left. That is the true challenge - to rise above the vision of death as your permanent end. To see yourself as an eternal, energetic being to whom death is merely a transition, a going home to the True Reality of All That Is. This concept is hardest to embrace when you suffer the loss of a loved one, especially a child. That child was (is!) a very brave soul, who undertook the contract of coming into body and dying young, thus acting as a focus of lesson for all those who loved and cared for that child. Please know that your child is healthy and happy, back Home. That child leaped forward twelve lifetimes by volunteering for such a difficult life, so imagine that the depths of your grief will mirror the joyous heights your child achieved in soul growth, in that one short, painful life. Remember, there is no death except of the body, so nobody really dies!

From your own Higher Self perspective, your overriding soul goal in this life is a spiritual quest to transmute matter from a lower level of existence to a higher level of existence. This necessitates a form from that lower plane. In the case of humanity, a physical body is needed from 3D to pass a gateway, a doorway through which only the higher frequencies can rise. In order for this transmutation of mind over matter to be complete, it had to be accomplished by consciousness that had forgotten who it was. That had forgotten its eternal Being-ness, its huge, vast presence as angels within the body of God. We use the term angels, for that is an image dear to most of you, and a beautiful way to paint in words our love for you.

Once you are fully in the Now, dear reader, so many things will change! There is so much simultaneous occurrence that one could not truly point and say, there is the end, let's go there. There is no end in the Now, there is only timeless creation. Remember, time is also an aspect of your reality that has been pressed upon your planet, into its electromagnetic grids. Time rules the linearity and the duality. Without linear time, there would be no birth, life and death, you see. For the way you were designed to live in this duality-reality, linear time was an absolutely necessary component. Now you are being asked to become larger than the small human image you are used to, to expand your vision beyond linear time in order to expand your potential. Necessary to this evolutionary process is an expansion of your awareness into the non-physical realms. (Pause, as our Logos comes forward in energy to speak on this topic.)

We are legions of ancient Brothers, Ascended Masters, angels, and light-bearing ascended species from different dimensions. We are the scribes for God. We are the gatherers of information, of knowledge and dare we say, of Truth (chuckle). Someone has to keep records, dear ones. We are in charge of the Akashic Records. We are the ones who remember All. We are the ones who teach others the concept of All. We also stand witness to others' progress and help them when we can. We are material mechanics and spiritual surgeons that minister to human beings. The Brothers you work with we call the "Paradise Sons." Lord Sananda heads the healing legions, and Archangel Mikael heads the warrior legions. Together, they cut the ties and bind the wounds of all who ask for transformation. We are dedicated, in this quadrant, to the evolution of humanity through the transmission of wisdom and knowledge, which gives you the power of choice to rise above that which you see and hear with your physical eyes and ears.

We are here to help you clear density at all levels so that you may rise up in frequency to mesh with the non-physical realms. Use any meditation or clearing process that is comfortable for you, in order to purify your bodies. Our key message is to have a daily practice, and start now! Working with the Circle of Grace, for example, will help clear and balance you so you can key into the invisible. That is the realm we ask you to believe in and seek to attain. That is the true, glorious realm of the Greater Reality which is invisible to you right now. Here is True Life, eternal life, which is also your life once you are done with this little one.

That is the perceptual shift you are making now, and it is not an easy one. As entrenched as you are in duality, you are performing a vital, vital service to humanity by transmuting your physical reality into a higher expression. In order to be able to do so, and do so 100%, you need to have come up through the ranks, to have lived in that duality and totally, totally believed in that duality so that you could then expand beyond it. And that is what you are doing now, a very necessary step on the path. We say to you, the path stretches far beyond what you can currently see. Please do not give up hope, for there is much, much more that lies ahead. You are dearly beloved, one and all.

THE BROTHERS RETURN:

Since the Harmonic Convergence of 1987, when the Earth Consciousness and the Human Consciousness agreed to shift to a higher plane of vibrational frequency, there has been much change all over the planet. Now that you are in the last quarter of the Shift, there is a physical rewiring occurring within you all, as the next step of your expansion. At this stage (channeled January 2007,) the rising energies are causing your bodies to clear, so your transition is now becoming intensely physical. Why? If you look at the 25-year Millennium Shift from 1987 to 2012 and see it as four six-year segments, we will show it to you from a new perspective (forgive the extra year, please, see it as God's silver lining of a little extra time!)

We overlay on that time frame the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual layers, yes, the PEMS layers of the Circle of Grace! This clearing process we have been teaching you works from the outside in, clearing first your outer layers of stress and pain in order to access the deeper layers of density to be released, without you being harmed along the way. For the same reason, yet in reverse, this global evolution is working its way in from the spiritual, to the mental, to the emotional, to the physical - the SMEP layers of your dense etheric body! (Chuckles, a new twist on the PEMS layers we have been teaching.)

We ask you to picture this reverse-assimilation of information and guidance overlaid on the four quarters of the Millennium Shift. In the first five-six years of the Shift, (1987 - 1993) you began receiving new spiritual guidance. You assimilated these spiritual concepts, and more, in the next five-six years (1994 - 2000) at the mental level. From 2000 - 2006, you were clearing at the emotional level, yes, including Heart as of 2004. From 2007 - 2012, the last 5-6 years of the shifting energies are causing your bodies to clear at the physical level. People are feeling pressure in their lower chakras; feeling their legs to be heavy; feeling a density of flesh; feeling that their energetic connections are not as quick as they used to be, or as easily accessible. The energies now ripening on the planet are causing your physical cores to feel the need to release pressure. So people are feeling poorly, tired, finding it hard to focus or think too long, yes? Chronic aches and pains are flaring up, as are old illnesses you thought long-gone. No wonder you are feeling confusion at all levels, since your reality seems to be getting heavier and denser, rather than lighter and brighter.

Dear ones, you are now clearing the patterns of illness from your electromagnetic fields. As we have said before, what did you expect to happen when you finally began feeling your aura? Rather than showing you paradise, you get a review of all your "woundology"; the biography within your biology coming up to be cleared. People can carry etheric blockages from childhood, and not realize that their meridians are still blocked in areas they thought long-healed. For example, a knee injury in adolescence can still be blocking the meridians on that side of the body from releasing down and out the foot chakra. Thirty years later, the person can develop pain in the hip, lower back, mid and upper back. They have no idea that old injury is still blocking their whole side from releasing pressure. Going to the doctor with those symptoms usually results in "nothing found, but you're obviously in pain, so take these pills every day to make you feel better." Even if that old knee injury is mentioned during the doctor's history intake, he will dismiss it because it is old, healed and not near where the pain is.

A holistic practitioner, in scanning that person, would probably find that knee blockage as being dense and ice-cold. In the Circle of Grace tablework, that knee is first worked on with "hot energies", then when the pressure rises it is drawn away from the table, beyond the person's aura, so that it can be released without being electromagnetically trapped back into the client's auric field. People get up feeling "lighter" because their systems have been opened and cleared in a whole new way. Many different modalities fit in well with the Circle of Grace, and you will see that once a person can do the clearing for and by themselves, it gives them much more self-confidence, more energy, and a better quality of life. Once their systems are cleared of major blockages and their meridians are free-flowing, all of your other modalities will work more effectively and efficiently!

Now, if that doctor were looking at an auric x-ray, he would immediately see where the blockage truly was, and how far the pressure had backed up (pardon the pun) in order to cause back pain. He could see which meridians were blocked, and thus create a more comprehensive, correct diagnosis. Here we say, don't waste your time trying to tamper with DNA. You in the 3rd dimension only see a few layers. DNA is multi-dimensional, and you have no idea what you're doing to the higher levels when you're cutting and splicing down in 3D. Instead of DNA research, scientists need to focus on creating auric x-rays, or some technical way of seeing a person's auric field. Then you can compare healthy fields to unhealthy ones, and track the development of disease in a whole new way!

It may take another fifty years, or maybe a few generations, before science and spirituality fully merge. But we are very heartened to see the birth of this movement, as light workers begin crafting their own tools and using their talents in a social atmosphere that is much more progressive than in your past lives. We do believe that after the 2012 shift, there will be more "adjustments" to make as you feel the full effects of the Photon Belt. It may be that some people will develop auric sight, others auric intuition, or other changes in their physiology that will "open them up" to considering the invisible as real. Since the Shift is global, there will be much confusion amongst the unawakened masses, including those in the medical fields. Think about this: who will they go to when they need help? (Chuckles.) There will be many scientific and spiritual advances made after 2012, and you will need to use both perspectives in order to find the true path to healing.

Many lightworkers are distressed that they cannot "heal" themselves. Others are frustrated that they cannot manifest their goals. Still others run from one practitioner to another trying to get their DNA enlivened, or enhanced, or whatever. That in particular we say is a waste of good money. The planetary rise is shifting your DNA for you! Your task is to get enough blockages and internal pressure cleared so that you can gracefully rise with all of your pieces and parts in proper balance. To all those questions above, our answer is, get clear! Get rid of your density, your baggage, get rid of the stresses in your life. In a clearing session, first you release the top-most layer of current stress from the day or the week. Beneath that is the chronic layer, where your old whiplash may rise up, an arthritic knee, tennis elbow, all those old familiar aches and pains can be released! Beneath that layer is the genetic, past-life level, which clears the DNA of past-life traumas, faulty belief systems, and inherited illness patterns. Your clearing must progress from the outside in, current, chronic, then genetic, so that no harm will come to you in the clearing process. Yes, dear children, (chuckles) like peeling an onion!

The good news is, with proper and dedicated clearing, none of your issues need lodge in your physical core. Again, a daily practice is preventative maintenance - as long as you keep clearing your aura and body, in whatever way works for you, you should not get sick! The more often you clear, the more quickly you will get down to that third genetic layer and clear that, as well. Once you have cleared enough "debris" from your PEMS body, you will naturally gain access to the wisdom encoded in your DNA, and much, much more!

Many of you are no doubt thinking, sounds easy, but I'm too sick/tired/worn down to do this. All we are asking is that you take care of your body, eat and drink clean foods and liquids, exercise or walk regularly, sleep as much as you need to, and nap or rest at some point in the day. As our dear Edgar Cayce used to say, "After breakfast, work a while. After lunch, rest a while. After dinner, walk a mile." It's during the "rest" part that we ask you to do whatever daily meditation suits you, and keep your jaw joints open! The best remedy for your confusion right now is to rest, or spend time outdoors, or however your body is comfortable adjusting to the new levels of incoming energy. Give your body the time it needs to "re-wire" itself into a new electromagnetic expression. Please remember also, that time is speeding up more quickly now. You think you have a 24 hour day, but it's more like fifteen hours. People who work eight hours per day seem to have no down time, they hardly have time to rest, relax and be with their families.

Now add on top of that another part-time job you didn't know you had - your body is using about 25% of your physical energy to shift itself. That is why we urge you to rest as much as possible, try to juggle your work-week so that a busy day is followed by a quiet day. Otherwise, you will ignore your body signals, overwork yourself, and then be surprised when you get sick! It can be a stupid accident, an unexpected contagion, a recurring illness, or new symptoms of fatigue, depression, etc... that will force you to take the time to rest your body!

Some people are feeling the effect of toxins from their environment. When your body becomes overloaded with synthetic chemicals, it reaches a point where the immune system becomes exhausted. Your symptoms can point to that, or the doctor may say there's a problem with your liver or spleen, or an imbalance in hormones, or it sounds like "Chronic Fatigue Syndrome". The doctor only comes into play after illness has manifested, whether in the immune system, or in an area in which you have an inherited illness pattern. The body breaks down in function either at the site of blockage or injury, or your electromagnetic system gets clogged in a manner that causes an inherited illness to rise, or leaves you open to illness through contagion.

Some people have been inadvertently damaged by vaccinations, which may not reveal itself in the body until years later. Allergies can be inherited, or can arise from blockage in shoulder or throat which causes pressure in the head. This pressure can turn into sinus, ear or eye issues, or in migraine patterns. Yes, clearing the throat chakra can ease allergic symptoms for many people. Remember, dear practitioners, that when you work on 5th chakra, Throat, you must spend a little time on 2nd chakra, Sacral, because the two are a pair. As we explained in other text on the chakra pairs, both must be balanced for each to become healthy again.

CONFUSION FROM CHEMICALS AND CONTAMINENTS:

There are very few people left alive in the Western world who remember a time before the existence of trains, planes and automobiles. If you go back a few hundred years, before the advent of industrialization, you would see that life moved much more slowly. People awoke with the sun and went to bed when it set. They grew pure, clean vegetables and ate local foods, which helps greatly for grounding. They had less information available less quickly than now, so they had less to assimilate, less stress and more time to do other things. They spent more time in nature, walked much more or rode horseback, which is also exercise. Our point here is that they were much more attuned to Nature and her cycles. They were more in tune with their bodies than you are now.

The human body has many incredible, built-in features besides the Circle of Grace. One is that you feel hungry when your body needs fuel, and you feel full when your body has received enough fuel. Simple enough, right? Like filling your car's gas tank and driving until it is empty again. Then why are people starving on one continent, while on another continent people are having obesity problems and eating disorders? There are so many imbalances that your fast-paced, intellectual societies have created. It is time to see them clearly, and take responsibility for changing what you can in your own life.

How many of you feel sleepy at nine or ten o'clock, but push past it to watch a TV show at eleven? Your body could have used those extra few hours of sleep, and it was trying to tell you so! The advent of electricity greatly reduced peoples' ability to tune into the earth's cycles. So many people suffer from sleep deprivation, and don't realize it! When you feel thirsty, do you reach for a glass of spring water, or your next soda, tea or coffee? Any liquid with sugar in it is considered food by your stomach, and takes three hours to digest. In the meantime, your body is still thirsty! So many people suffer from dehydration, which can lead to migraine headaches, and they don't even realize their body needs water. Next time you feel a headache begin, try a glass of water first, and wait a few minutes before taking that pill - you may not need it!

Do you see in how many ways people have disconnected from their own body's signals? Take nail polish, for example. Or take it away! Anything that smells that bad cannot be good to inhale, much less stick to your body for weeks at a time. Those air fresheners that are supposed to make everything smell better? They dampen your olfactory senses and put more unnecessary chemicals into your home and body. How many of you read the labels on the foods you buy? Do you know how many additives, colorants and preservatives you are eating? They are synthetic poisons that the body does not recognize and therefore cannot properly eliminate.

Speaking of synthetic poisons, do you really know what all the medicines you take really do to your body? There is a real dichotomy here that must be pointed out, between the current medical practices and the energetic therapies we are teaching you. Modern medicine is focused on following symptoms back to their source. In other words, you go to the doctor after you become sick. If you were truly cogniscent of your physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual layers, your auric body and the organs (chakras) it contains, you would have a totally different view on what health is, how to achieve it, and how to maintain it. Learn to read the aura, dear ones, and you will see imbalances before they invade the physical core. One is preventative, the other curative. The entire concept of taking medicine after you have become ill is a "palliative" approach to healing.

We honor the advances you have made in medical treatments and technology, which have had a great impact on your lifespan. For you lightworkers, the most difficult task you have been given is to step away from the old, fear-based approach to health and healing of the body. Seeing the entire PEMS structure of each person allows you to clearly assess what you can and cannot do for them. This alone will one day help bring science and spirituality together, which is the Brotherhood's main mission. Yes, as the energies keep thickening, then balance out beyond 2012, what do you think will happen?

People everywhere will awaken, to the limits of their abilities and blockages. Some will start seeing strange things that weren't there before, others may start hearing things beyond their "normal" range. Yes, people from all walks of life will be affected, including the medical community. Where will your doctors turn to for help? (Chuckles) You lightworkers will be sorely needed then! We love you so, each and every one. We offer you information to clear your bodies and serve your progress. The rest is up to you, dear ones. Know that we are always with you, to guide and support.
