THE INCREASING INTENSITY OF LIFE

This is a channeled session from the Brotherhood of Light through Edna G. Frankel, on June 24th, 2005 in Glen Arbor, Michigan. I thank you all for being here tonight It is always an honor for me to share the Brothers' loving energy and laughter. I will begin with the Healing Prayer, which is my channel connection to Spirit. Change the words "channeled session" to invite Spirit to any activity you wish them to support. Make the prayer your own, tailor it to your belief systems, but please remember to say it out loud! That will give them permission to join you physically in this free will zone.

Dear Lord, Father/Mother God, Creator of all that is, was, and ever will be, Divine Source, Divine Mother, join us in this channeled session.

Dear Ascended Masters, guides and angels, all of the light and in the light, join us in this channeled session.

My Brothers, dear Brothers, the Brotherhood of Light, join us in this channeled session for truth, purpose and clarity.

Higher Selves, mine and the Higher Selves of all those present, join us to guide and lead this channeled session.

Greetings, dear ones! We are so delighted to be here today, sharing this time and space with you. Sharing this beautiful weather with you (chuckles as it rained.) All weather is beautiful to us! Learning to appreciate all that is around you, no matter what is going on, wonderful to learn for detachment, yes? We are also very honored to be in this space and to add to the wonderful energies that are already grounded here. Anywhere you gather to spread joy and love, learning and laughter, is a blessed place, you see.

So, to us, rather than being a bookstore, to us this is a sacred space, a church of metaphysics. Yes, for the intent of people that come in is expansion, learning, seeking growth (at the spiritual level.) And the love and light that is carried by the people who work here is also very much appreciated, and it shows and it shines! It certainly does shine. Everything that shines has energy to it, everything that has energy to it has frequency, everything that has frequency is alive. All of life is based on vibration, and so tonight we would like to open a discussion about the intensity of life. And how the intensity of the shift the earth's shift, and the peoples' shift, all of it is increasing.

As the global energy rises, some channels have said, "Oh, the earth is shifting and the people are along for the ride. Other channels have said, "No, the people are shifting, and the earth is along for the ride. We say, "It is a group effort. This was planned. Not only by this lovely planet, Gaia, but by the people who chose to incarnate and be here at this time." There are no accidents, dear ones! So, yes, there is a consensus between the planet and its people for this shift to occur.

In the zone of free will, that is the miracle! From the perspective of Spirit, how much you have accomplished already! We expected far more changes to occur in the last five years of the shift (2007 - 2012), but thanks to your heightening awareness, these changes have begun a smoother acceleration within the last ten years. Now, we place the time of this channel linearly as mid-2005. So, the next seven years for you will be a steady increase in the intensity of the Millennium Shift.

Not only the energy, dear ones, not only the need to clear yourselves, the intensity of all life is augmenting. For, indeed, everyone being in lesson, you must play out those lessons through the drama that you maintain between you. Yes, all of life is a play, the world is your stage, and you are all actors on that stage. It is amazing to watch actors in your reality, who are really actors on a stage who choose to be actors on a stage! (Laughter.) There is joy and humor at every level. The more joy and humor you see, the higher the level you attain.

So we will say the drama will increase, dear ones, the drama will increase all around you as those who are unaware are just reacting to circumstance, feeling that they are in the right, or whatever the situation is. You will see an escalation of temper, an escalation of contrast. You will also see an escalation of people who are learning to detach, people who are stepping back to watch the drama. Pretty soon you won't be standing alone any more, there's going to be a whole line of you watching! (Chuckles.) You will become your own audience, you see?

Yes, we cherish every moment and ask you to learn to do the same. There is such value from the side of Spirit to watch you come down into every life. There were so many souls who wanted to translate into this lifetime. There were many who could not. For as you know, the earth can only hold so many! So, from Spirit's perspective, your Higher Self chose to be part of the forefront of the shift. And while you are down here busily shifting at your level, there is so much going on in Spirit. For as one level rises, all levels must shift.

So while you are doing the real deep-down dirty work, down in the earth, down in the dirt, yes, and precious, living earth that it is, we are scrambling in our own way to maintain the Divine Plan. To speed it along, if you will, to make sure that all the levels and all the parameters are appropriate, for you are doing so much better, so much ahead of schedule. You may be thinking, will the earth shift any faster? It may, it may not. We say, everybody's shift is individual. Some people have shifted, some people will not. Some people will never hear the word, nor know what it means. Yes, we will say that the basic timeline is correct, for there is so much sacred science involved and the shift is so much huger than just this planet, you see. It is being orchestrated on all levels. Beyond this particular galaxy it stretches, and will indeed affect the entire body of God, which is All That Is.

So we say to you, now is the time to clear. Now is the time to have patience. Now is the time to forgive, forgive all of it. Forgive everything that happened to you, forgive everything that you allowed to happen, forgive everything that happened without you even knowing about it. We will explain here that any emotional baggage tied to your past is tied by a thread of negative energetic emotion. It is the energetic glue that keeps you dragging that baggage along behind you. You can't let go of it until you release it through forgiveness, which dissolves that glue and cuts the ties. Then it won't matter any more, it won't affect you any more, you will have learned from it, you can move on. Just the fact that you can forgive will be a beautiful lesson for others, you see. And it matters not if the other party ever knows, ever hears, it only matters that in your heart you release it. How? You can move into your inner heart space through meditation and simply say, "It was, it is no longer. I embrace the lesson, push it through me and leave it behind." In that way, you move on much lighter.

This is the easy part, dear ones (chuckles)! Forgiving is a mental exercise that you then draw down into your heart, blend it with your own Divine Flame, and create the love you have to send to that situation, person or event, to cut that binding glue of anger and negativity. Yes, transmute it into love, change its vibration and thus detach from the old burdens you carried. You will be so much lighter, so much lighter! It is harder to clear the body than it is to clear the mind, because you are connected to your own mental thoughts in a perfect way. Yet you are not connected to your entire body in that same way, just to the physical core of your multi-layered energetic being.

In order to clear all four PEMS layers (physical, emotional, mental and spiritual) from the physical on up and out all the way to Higher Self, that is actually more difficult, more time-consuming but just as rewarding as forgiveness. It is vital to remember to forgive yourself, for otherwise you will not be able to achieve total self-love, and from total self-love comes self-worth. We say, hands down, you are all worthy! You are all divine. You all have the capacity, ability and information that you need in order to make the journey in a beautiful, graceful manner.

What is the best way? One step at a time! Walk, don't run, lest you trip and fall. In our work together, there is so much we can impart to you. We don't require that you believe all of it, we don't require that you pay for it, because faith is between you and your own heart. In order to best weather the energy swells that are now encompassing the planet, we offer you this key to best handle the intensification of shift changes:

SIMPLIFY.

Yes, from intense complexity is born intense simplicity. Simplify your lives! Cut out any useless deadwood pursuits that drain your time, money and energy. Release unneeded possessions, forgive and move on from conditional relationships. All this "debris" in your lives just drags your energetic vibration down, and is getting quickly heavier. Have you noticed, dear ones? Step back and take a dispassionate look at your lives, you will see what needs changing. All that brings you pain, release. All that brings you joy, keep! Your personal energy is the most valuable commodity you have, and it is getting scarcer as the frequencies rise. How are you spending it?

Yes, there are many linear things on this planet that work against enlightenment. We would have to say that money is a problem, yes? For it is a physical marker of the energy you expend, but it is in no way a judgment of your own worthiness. Yet, so many people equate riches with worthiness, and that is a shame. Riches mean you are clever, and that in the material world you have done well, excellent. That is always necessary so that you can survive enough lifetimes in order to be able to get to the spiritual work.

When you come in as a young soul, you are learning survival. You are learning how to live within a tribe. You are learning to sustain yourself day to day by the bounty of nature, learning to trust that it will be there. But once you have achieved good survival skills you are no longer latched into survival mode which is very difficult, it is total focus just to stay alive, you see. We honor that, absolutely. We honor it even more when someone has gone beyond that and falls back to that level, though it is not always their fault. It is very often lesson for those around them, as well. It is a chance for everybody around them to do good.

There is so much that is good on this planet. There is much more good than there is negative. We in Spirit don't think in terms of good and bad, positive or negative, for us it is a question of energy, a question of frequency, and the higher you go on the scale of frequency the closer you come to traveling through the dimensions all the way to the Godhead. Or to the Great Central Sun, or whatever you have named it. We say this energy is all around you, even though there are some concentrations of it, yes, more intense in certain areas than others, absolutely. Anything that is alive is in a state of flux, even the cosmic lattice changes from place to place, depending on sacred science and what is needed in each area. (Pause.)

Yes, there is one here who would like to speak, so we will shift for you now.



The Triad Speaks:

There is a new level of energy on this planet. We would have to say it's a new combination of masters. You have already given us names: Maitraya/Buddha, the 3Ms, (chuckle) we find it all lovely. We say it is a shift because you have caused it, because you are now at a point where new, higher frequencies can be achieved. Five years ago, we could not have blended thusly, but we can now. We come forward as the Triad. We are Sananda/Jeshua, Maitraya/Buddha, and also Michael/Metatron.

Though we honor all the names you have given us, we say to you, simplify! Just climb the ladder and seek God! There is no need to put 350 divisions between you and God, or eleven dimensions, or 13 steps or whatever it is. Whatever form of Divine Essence that you believe in is appropriate for you. However you feel that you connect, that is appropriate for you. We define the names to give you a framework of reference, but we say to you, it is not that we could not come in before, it's just that you couldn't hear us before. The more the globe changes, the more people will start to channel!

Also, more people will sicken and/or die because of all their blockages. Those blockages cannot sustain life in the higher energies. Whatever form of healing you choose to undertake, it is all blessed. Go with what feels right, go with what resonates for you. Make sure that you have answered all your doubts before you undertake a new technique or type of training, or healing practice. For there is always more than one person in this equation. It is not just how the client feels on the table, it also has to do with the practitioner. What kind of life they've had, what kind of week they've had, what kind of day they've had, all of this factors in, you see. When we speak of healing, we speak of energetics.

We highly honor all the scientific knowledge you have accumulated, and say, yes, absolutely it is essential to have that, but there is a space and a place where even that falls short. There are times when nobody has a really good answer. That is when the Triad says to you, this is a special time. There is special dispensation here Now. It matters not your age, it matters not your condition, it matters not how long you're here, there is such an intensification of everything going on now, it is so vital that every person on the planet play their part, whatever that part may be. It is all part of the balancing, you see.

Yes, we work in coordination with the Brothers. We are Brothers. All of Spirit are Brothers, in the sense that we are a fraternity, if you will, of many different life expressions, all in service to the Divine Plan. So we would like to clarify for you what it is that True Source requires in this time of dispensation is that you try your best. That is all. Just try your best, and if some days aren't as good as others, that's fine. The sun will always rise in the morning. Not just that, life after life dear ones, each time you come back you say, "Phew, glad that one's over!" (Laughter with audience). And then we have a few good laughs, you see, at what happened and what didn't happen, what should have happened, what could have happened. That is the Spirit part of you deciding how well you fulfilled your lessons. We say this just to remind you there is no judgment from Spirit. There is no such thing as a vengeful God. God just Is, in varying levels of joyful vibration.

Fortunately for God, he has no religion (chuckles.)

The other thing that we shall say is required in this time is that you understand fully what God's Will truly means. For it always helps to know the rules of the game before you play it. God's Will is the exchange of Love. To go against God's Will is to exchange something other than love. How well you love, how much you love, that is what each soul has as their homework and the giving and receiving of love is really the only commandment God gives us. Under that one commandment, you could put all the other commandments and another hundred you could make up, and they all fit into give and receive only love.

There are different roles in the Brotherhood, there are those energies that are more of a healing nature, there are those tend more to the sacred science duties of this quadrant. Yes, there are those that help nature, too. There are so many different types of actions and reactions that occur in sacred science that determine where galaxies dance next to each other. So there are different frequencies of energy in different areas of space. We are of the Planetary and Galactic Logos Level, and we are starting to interact with humans for the first time. This has never happened before because humans were not ready. They were not capable, it would be like wondering what an airplane overhead would mean to a plant, nothing. Just a passing shadow, a disturbance in the air flows.

The more of you that you heal, the clearer you get, the more you will learn, the more you will be able to do, the more effect you will have. We are waiting to be able to work with you, to be able to teach you so much. Yes, when the student is ready, the teacher will come! You already have that phrase in your framework of reference. There are new teachers coming upon the planet. We will clarify that they are in the electromagnetic grids of the planet. If any Master chooses to walk this earth, you will not know it. For the whole point is, the master will not choose to be known. Anything other than love, the master will not want to give and receive.

So pride and ego will fall away, greed, anger, all of that must go. And we say, in five, six generations from now, oh, the things you will accomplish! The changes on this planet are just incredible for us to watch! And this is the crucible, this is too little time, this is the time of major shifting. So start aligning yourself with God's Will. What if your every thought, your every breath, had to be in alignment with God's Will? Could you imagine getting through the day? No, you could not. Why? Because you do not yet feel God's vibration within you. That is why this is a planet of free choice. For those beings who feel God's vibration within their bodies, to kill anything is abhorrent. The thought of desecrating anything, each entity would rather lay down their own life than go against God's will. So we say to you, five or six more generations, and you will not recognize the humanity that is coming in.

And yet, of course, you will watch or you will be part of it. We speak to you in here-now of this time frame, not to your eternal selves that are with us and watching, not to your future selves that will be participating. You are the mothers and fathers of this human evolution. You are the ones birthing this new consciousness and for that, for that we are so moved, and we feel so blessed, it is such a miracle to watch. And of course, being able to see as far around as we can, in circular time, oh, your children's children's children's children will be magnificent! That, they will. And there will be a part of you in them, and in the eternal souls that have kept coming back and back and back again to such a difficult planet of lesson.

And yet, from the Spiritual perspective this planet is a fast-tracking planet. You may be doing hard time, but you're doing it double-quick! (Laughter.) There is so much contrast here, there is such a range of possibility and potential, and you still have exceeded Spirit's expectations. Yes, the Triad speaks to you and says, Thank you. You have brought us in, and we will help you get to the next level. And we ask that you pray, think, speak, feel love directly with Divine Source. It will only take a thousand reincarnations for you to get to God if that is how you believe. We offer a wonderful short-cut: just go straight to Divine Source, and that is already within you. You are the microcosm of the macrocosm. You were superbly designed to function in this space and also to break down in very small, incremental degrees that can be adjusted, altered and healed. Yes, by the workings of the body. Give it pure food and water, rest, sunshine, like taking care of a plant, yes? (Laughter.) 20 minutes of sunshine a day will boost your metabolism, help you to absorb your nutrients better, help you to release pain and stress-pressure better. Sunshine is very healthy in small doses, it is not damaging at all. You need that sunlight, you need that time in the open air, you need to connect with nature. It will ease the escalating pressures of the Millennium Shift.

We will remind you, as our parting blessing, when you praise God look in the mirror and praise yourself. For you are the walking divine and you are much honored for all of your efforts. (Pause.)

The Brotherhood Returns:

Yes, so we are the Healing Brothers returned. Even within our ranks there are many differences. Many different levels of joy, of focus, we feel that we are amongst the most light-hearted bunch, yes! (Laughter.) For laughter is healing, and we teach through laughter and joy. We always, always see the positive. There comes a time, dear ones, there does come a time when you do reach a point where you will feel that either you're going to break or something is going to break or something has got to change, something better change or you won't be able to live a linear 3D life any more. Not the way you used to. So we say to you, don't be afraid. Don't be afraid of change. Change is the only constant in the universe. Everything changes, second by second to millennium by millennium. Nothing ever stays the same. Even you live, grow, age, and die, all of nature is based upon seasonal changes. And yet, humans spend so much effort and energy trying to keep everything the same. As we have said before, "Blessed are the flexible, for they shall never be bent out of shape." (Audience laughter.)

So if you can't fully change all at once, which is difficult for many, start small. Simplify! Do a little at a time. Some of you have almost died before embracing change. You have chosen to change rather than die, and for that you are greatly honored. Ultimately, there is always, always a silver lining even if you can't see it right away, just know that it's there. That from your linear perspective, yes, even as you reach up into the other dimensions there is still a grounding needed. You are still in bodies, you still need to function. You still have day-to-day stress, still have day-to-day jobs, you still have daily things to deal with. But let that not be the be-all and end-all of your existence. Find time to feed the soul, to expand your framework of reference, to enjoy the beauty of an afternoon, or the laughter of a child. There is so much beauty and wonder on this planet, we ask you not to be blind to that.

So, as we finish this section, we will say that the intensity of everything is increasing. The intensity of life, the intensity of weather, yes, the intensity of the earth's changes, the intensity of the drama, even the intensity of your illnesses. There will be a quickening of everything as time increases its speed, dear ones. Does it not make sense that everything will be going faster all around you, and that people will be more frazzled, and therefore in more drama? Now is the time to focus on simplifying your lives. Reduce the drama, and increase your intake of joyful pursuits!

It is so vital, so very vital to create a comfort zone of peace and meditation in your own heart, to find a surcease from that heavy drama, from that heavy energy, from the frantic day-to-day pace of things. Make clearing your body an everyday practice or every other day, whatever you can do. We say three to four times a week, minimum, in order to survive the shift, dear ones, it is so vital. Whatever method, whatever process, whatever type of energetic work, healing work, spiritual or philosophical work, whatever resonates for you, carry it. Carry it in your heart, carry it in your hands, carry it right in the front of your mind. You will find that it will spread quickly, it will not be a burden at all, it will become weightless. Spread your loving energy around, become the beacons of the higher vibration that you seek.

We leave you with this: Every human being is formed with original cells from your own eternal Being, which carries the information of all your past lives. Otherwise, how would the reincarnation cycle have an effect? How could you learn lessons from life to life to life, if you're not even aware that you have an eternal soul? This has been the case for many, many generations. We say to you, that original cell is your divinity, is your piece of God. It is a triad, it is 3 cells that are purely etheric matter, that when combined with physical matter, create the body you're in. Without those original cells, there would be no continuity to life after life. There would be no learning of lessons. It would be much too disjointed, you see, for the soul to be able to track its progress.

Dear ones, everywhere you look, you are looking for proof of God. People think, when we find this, then things will change. When we achieve that, then things will change. That potential to change is already within you. That spark is your DNA foundation. You already are God. That is the cosmic humor: You've already done it! Now, you're in the process of the final steps. This is a crowning achievement, to be able to connect fully, at all levels, one that in your past history even Spirit wasn't sure could be achieved.

All that you seek is already within you. You are perfect at the etheric blueprint level, no matter what life has done to you. Though the body may wear out, the soul, the essence, the personality, the individuality, all of that does not die. So learn graceful detachment, dear ones. Some people say, "Oh, well, if I detach too much it's so depressing because nothing's worth anything. There's no point to it." Flip that same coin around and everything has meaning, everything has light. There is a point to everything!

Ascension is all about changing your perspective. Up until now, your perspective of God has been of an entity at a distance. So far a distance that only certain select human beings could be the intermediary for you. Not true! You are, each and every one of you, priest and priestess. Each and every one of you embodies divinity. You are already the goal that you seek. To some it is funny, to others it is extremely depressing, but we say all of it, all of it, is exactly as it should be.

So, we now give you our parting blessings for health and wealth and peace of mind. And we say that once you have peace of mind, nothing else in the world will matter. For finding joy is simply an exercise of mind over matter. But that peace of mind that you hold is also the piece of God that you are. You are already God, and we salute you for all of your accomplishments. We are indebted to you for allowing us to further our own work in the Divine Plan, to help further the evolution of humanity. So we say thank you, and well met!
