Frequency & Physicality - Part Twelve
LOCK IN YOUR AWARENESS OF BE-ING

Greetings, dear ones, from the Melchizedek Brotherhood of Light. We welcome you into this Now moment as you read this page, and ask you to be constantly aware. Start being aware that you are alive and functioning within the glorious body of a gigantic energetic creature that is your Creator. Be aware that every thought you have and every motion you make create energetic ripples all around you that resonate within the body of God. How else can we express this merging?

Dear ones, the rising energies are forcing you to clear, clear, clear. All is coming up to be cleared, for the new frequencies established on this planet in the last year are fully anchored. Now for you is the “getting used to” time, finding a new comfort zone within the new “chord” of the earth's energetic programming. For that is what the Shift is all about – the electromagnetic reprogramming of all living creations within the scope of the earth's atmosphere.

Know simply this: The rising frequencies are purifying your bodies. Toxins, vestigial illness patterns, emotional and mental blockages, all low-density imbalances are rising up to be cleared. That is why we beseech you to drink plenty of spring water, to flush out cellular debris from the detoxification process occurring within your bodies at this crucial time. Do you now understand why all energetic imbalances are rising up to be cleared? The shift to a higher level of expression necessitates the clearing of all old patterns, which is why you are developing many symptoms at the physical, emotional, mental and, yes, spiritual levels, as well. Symptoms that often elude medical diagnosis, or seem to spring from unknown origin, or are resurgences of old illnesses you thought long gone. Achieving a “lightness of Being” means clearing out all the heavy, low-density energy damage that was normal for you to carry in the 3D energy signature.

Cosmic humor here – if you had the appropriate scientific perspective and equipment to read the “invisible” portions of your total being (i.e., your aura) – you could track exactly what was wrong and also track your progress toward health. In energetic terms, health represents a balance in the total body of all layers – physical, emotional, mental and spiritual – achieved by clearing the energetic meridians of your nervous system of pain and stress. Relieve that internal pressure, and the body will regain proper function at all levels.

Imagine your body as the inner core of your total being – that which you see as “you” is only one part, the physical body part. Your body anchors your energetic layers, which fan out all around you in ever-widening circles of vibrating frequency. Dear ones, your auras touch each other at six feet apart. Long before you are close enough to shake hands you are already standing in each other's bodies! Why do you think it makes you uncomfortable when a stranger stands too close while talking to you? They are standing within the field of your emotional-mental-spiritual bodies, which is your “dense etheric body” (energetically speaking.) This discomfort arises from more than just an intrusion into your “personal space”, for that space is becoming a conscious part of your body that you can feel. As your auras become more sensitive, it will become downright painful to you if that close proximity is an unwelcome intrusion.
We remind you gently here, you have been asking for this! So, to give an overview of our work on “Frequency & Physicality”, we will say simply that as the energy rises you will grow into feeling your aura as clearly as you feel your physical body. Your energetic bodies will grow more dense and real to you as you begin to connect with the higher frequencies, and become aware of your total Be-ingness. Once you fully connect with your auras as you are currently connected to your bodies, watch out, for the world will change! Do you see the beautiful unfoldment here, of pattern within pattern and circle within circle? We repeat, you must begin the final stages of your transmutation by healing the energetic imbalances that you carry! To reach the “light body” stage, the physical body must be cleared to totally release the pockets of low-energy damage that you carry from this life, and prior lives as well.

This new year heralds a new adjustment, children, as you strive to match the higher chords all around you and resonate to the demands of your electromagnetic development. We lovingly call you children, you see, because no matter what your chronological age may be, you are in the process of changing your biology, your very molecular structure, into a brand new form – the birth of a new “human child” unlike any other. Since most of you are adults, you have to tend to yourselves during this “rebirthing” process. That is why we constantly remind you to slow down, rest often, eat properly and drink lots of spring water, yes, like tending to a baby's needs! That is why we have come forward at this time in your Now consciousness, with the Healing Prayer to connect directly to Spirit, and the Circle of Grace exercise to clear your bodies at all levels. Help is available from the higher realms, if you seek it and welcome it in.

We wish to talk about communication, and the changes needed in your perspective on the concept of communication. At the 3D level, which has been until now your normal functioning mode of communication, you transmit ideas and emotions via the spoken word, i.e. the vibration of your voice, or by written word, also through the efforts of your physical body. In other words, you only use your physical bodies to communicate. Some may argue here that unspoken body language is also an effective way to communicate – we agree, and add it to the list of physical language expressions!

Now, as you grow into your aura and develop a new range of sensory awareness, what do you think will happen? Have you considered the mechanics of it? Yes, that is what we are, material mechanics, here to teach you how things work in the higher realms (chuckle). What you have categorized from a 3D perspective to be “extra-sensory perception” is actually the new range of “full sensory perception” you are growing into! Telepathy is the refined mode of communicating in the higher realms, and your senses will unfurl to reach other “gifts” as well – clairvoyance, channeling, seeing auras and the higher energies, etc. Imagine adding cable service to a television set, and suddenly, out of thin air, accessing hundreds of stations that weren't there before. Simply put, you are moving into the realms of non-physical communication!

Congratulations, and welcome!

We began this section by asking you to lock in your awareness of Be-ing in every moment. Put your senses on “high” and work on absorbing all incoming information around you, at any level. If this causes fear to rise in you, then ask to receive only that which is “of the Light and in the Light.” Weave that phrase into all of your thoughts, and that is your air-tight protection – free will zone! Only by permission! Remember that! For your thoughts are truly “things” that exist in conceptual form, in non-physical form, waiting to be brought down into density and created into material form. That is your true gift, and a testament to the powers you will wield, once you are ready.

You are masters of material creation.

Once you are more cleared in all your body layers, you will become your own “cable service”! And that, dear ones, is the moment we impatiently wait for, when you finally realize that you can open communication with us. Communing with Spirit has always been and always will be a two-way exchange! But when all you have is a land-line (chuckle) and our response floats down on the air waves, no wonder you couldn't tell if you had been heard, or what the answer was! Now that you are growing the proper “receiving equipment”, each and every one of you has the potential to connect directly, and interact directly, with Spirit in the true reality of All That Is.

There is so much work to be done! So many glorious discoveries awaiting your seeking minds as you incorporate the higher energies into your physical existence. New sources of energy, new directions for math, physics, art, science, music, and medicine, so much potential waiting to be created! In order to tap into these higher levels of inspiration, information and creativity, you need to clear your physical vehicles to better receive the new frequencies and merge with them. How is this blending achieved? At every level! The physical body must be cleared and balanced, the emotional body must be healed, the mental body must be redirected to share time equally between body and aura, the spiritual body must be prepared to guide and lead.

How to do all of this? Simply lie down and rest, frequently. Say the Healing Prayer to connect with us and give Spirit permission to work with you in your physical space. Then report to us what you are feeling, where the release is occuring and where it is blocked. Tell us your cares and worries and let us soothe them away. Remember, your outpouring from the heart is really an “up-pouring” to Spirit. When you verbalize this process, you are bringing it down to your physical reality through the vibration of your voice – what you speak becomes concrete! These are all snippets from the Circle of Grace work, and all bear repetition now as we culminate these teachings to express to you what the new levels of energy on this earth now require from you at all levels.

Being human is an “all or nothing” game. Each time you take on a body, you take on the birth-life-death cycle. The lessons best learned are those you “stake your life on”, are they not? So, too, is this evolutionary process total, complete, all-comprehensive from your head to your toes and from your skin to your bones. Does it not make sense that your lives will totally change as a result? That with heart-driven lives, you will have new modes of communication, new priorities, new goals, and yes, a new morality, as well? Though we teach of things invisible, of things intangible that we ask you to believe in without seeing, do you see the grounded, physical logic, the linear expansion of your ascension process? There is a physical path to non-physical transformation, and we repeat, the body must be ready at all levels for the best blending to take place.

Imagine your emotional, mental and spiritual bodies as thin layers of energy that expand outward from your skin, tied into your nervous system and knitted through you down to your cells. The “spark of life” that animates your body is actually an energetic field that extends around you in an egg-shaped weave of holographic patterns. You are, indeed, so much more than you can presently see with your eyes! All life forms have energetic fields around them. Without those energetic components, the physical cores of those bodies could not support life. And yet, without the physical core, that energetic spark is the eternal You, and continues on. Lovely cosmic humor here: Without a soul, the body cannot exist. Without a body, the soul still exists. To your soul, nothing is as important as its Creator programming: Return to conscious blending with All That Is, through increased wisdom, love and understanding.

What is happening Now, in this energetic expansion you call the Millennium Shift? Exactly that – the rising planetary frequency is an expansion, a broadening, a widening of incoming energies that allows for new information to come in at higher, more refined levels than the human being remembers is possible. Se when we say, “It is time to remember who you truly are,” we invite you to climb up above the game, above the duality, above the separation, and reconnect to the inner divinity that you already have. In order to do that, you must realign your bodies to accept those higher frequencies. How?

Clear and balance, clear and balance, from the physical layer on out.

For those of you new to this work, we offer here a brief summary of the Circle of Grace clearing process. There exists in the human body a “flushing mechanism” to release internal pressure from the energetic meridians that happens naturally while you sleep. This clearing process works on all levels of the total human being, the physical body, emotional body, mental body and spiritual body. The Circle of Grace has been marginally in your consciousness in bits and pieces, and is stimulated to release by acupuncture and other holistic modalities. In our work together we offer you the awareness of the whole process, and how you can consciously control it to regain and maintain health and energy in your body. Say the words, say how you feel, say what you choose and what you release (i.e. I choose total health, I release my illness). The vibration of your voice brings the idea, the sentiment, the desire into the fruition of your third and fourth dimensions, the dimensions of material and materialization. Add in the Breath of Life visualization we recently explained [Sedona Journal, November 2003] and start to ingest the refined universal energy now available through your crown and feet chakras. In these teachings, we strive to offer you tangible ways to facilitate your transition from dense physical beings to light body energetic beings.

The Circle Of Grace clears the meridians of the body via the meridians of the aura. Both come into play when you do the work of clearing your total energetic being. Once you get accustomed to doing the Circle Of Grace, you will gain mastery over your own healing. You will learn to tap into the Circle whenever you need energy and learn to release pain as it comes in so that it does not accumulate, clog your meridians, and make you sick. And in working directly with Spirit, dear ones, you will finally have your physical proof that God exists, and exists within you.

There will come a time when physical proof of the existence of the higher realms will come into your tangible reality. In order for this to happen, your tangible reality must expand to include those very dimensional frequencies that you were blind to before. Yes, science and spirituality must ultimately meet and merge in order to embrace the true scope of sacred science. How your bodies are shaped and hold that shape are still a mystery to you! Why? Because you cannot yet see the energetic components of all life, which will change your knowledge and your perceptions of reality to a huge degree. So much expansion potential resides in your near future, even as that future changes and blends into new paths, driven by the expanding awareness of the human consciousness.

Once you accept the existence of that which you cannot see and treat it as the True Reality, your physical reality will change dramatically. Rather, the “drama” will bleed out of life, replaced by a loving detachment that all events have meaning, and that nothing really “means” anything except to serve as lessons. Circles within circles, ever-widening and expanding ripples in the pond of human awakening. When we say that each and every one of you is essential, is crucial, to the unfoldment of the Divine Plan, we're not kidding! These ripples will soon turn into waves, as more and more of you reach in and up to connect with Spirit. Those waves will in turn herald the tides of change for humankind. Though these words may seem at first to be just pretty prose, we ask you to reread the last few lines from an energetic perspective – we are describing specific frequency changes that will culminate in a full, total shift of your reality!

You are well into the birthing process of your light bodies, dear ones, for the energy levels from January 2004 onward require that all cleansing begin. Energetically, cleansing is purifying, which necessitates a detoxification process. The earth is humming a new “chord”; all that does not resonate to it will cause pain and rise up to be cleared, on all levels. Hence the physical symptoms you are feeling, the heart issues you can no longer ignore, the life decisions demanding resolution. Just as you labeled 2003 the “Year of Change”, does it not make sense that the next year would be the “Year of Action?” Yes, the upcoming life changes you need to make have become very clear, have they not? Now is the time to begin working on those changes! Even dedicating oneself to seeking harmony is a change in attitude, a change in perspective, a change in priorities that is a form of action required before any physical action can be made.

To distill these teachings, we ask you to seek a better balance. Do what makes your heart sing, fix and resolve what makes your heart heavy. Once you begin to feel the energetic layers of action and reaction to every physical action, you will understand better that thoughts are things, that pain lodges in the body as a physical object, that words can wound and emotions can either feed you or destroy you. As you wade through the ever-increasing complexities of these higher concepts, we remind you that the simplest, most direct path is one guided by and lived through the heart. Lead with your heart, do what feels right to your heart, pass every thought, action, word and deed through your heart before you express it, and all the complexities will fall away. Live every moment from a perspective of divine benevolence, and your ascension will be a joyous journey. How to do this?

Back to the beginning of this piece, children (chuckle)! Live every moment in the awareness of Now, lock in your divinity like a golden shield all around you through which you filter life. Let only love pass through that shield, in and out, and your attitude will transmute your reality. Do you see the scope of what we ask here? The totality of perspective we ask you to embrace? The human brain is an incredible tool. It does not distinguish by and of itself what is real and not real, it only accepts incoming data and filters it through your current level of understanding. Put a math genius in a small native tribe in Africa where that child never sees numbers, and that gift will remain hidden. Expose that mind to mathematics, and see what wonders take place!

Dear ones, there has been such an influx of higher concepts flooding this planet in the last fifty years that much awakening has already taken hold. First the concepts had to be embraced so that the potential could be established – you have to be aware that you have choices before you can make a choice! Now you are being asked to further integrate these concepts. Yes, many of you have learned well at the spiritual and mental levels. All good, all necessary. And yet, incomplete. You cannot successfully complete this voyage without clearing, balancing and integrating these concepts at the emotional and physical levels, as well.

That is what the earth's rising energy is forcing you to face now - to believe fully with your emotional bodies, and to raise your physical bodies to that vibration, too. In prior sections of the Frequency & Physicality work, we have explained the importance of emotional self-control, of learning to love yourself wholly and completely before you can share that higher love with another. These are the emotional shifts you need to process. At the emotional level this is accomplished by learning to live through your hearts. We speak not of your physical hearts here, but of the energetic components of your heart. It is the seat of your soul, your inner connection to the higher realms, the storehouse of Divine Source frequency which you forgot that you carry.

Yes, the way up is within You!

Ascension is simply realizing that you are eternal, energetic beings temporarily housed in physical cores. Viewing all life from this perspective will change all aspects of your life! Being aware at all times of your divinity and the roles you are playing is the key to creating that shift in perspective. Yes, this bears repetition, you must live in that higher awareness every moment to fully create the cellular changes that will allow you to rise and blend into the higher dimensions. Circles within circles, patterns within patterns, and all that you seek is within you, waiting to be revealed by clearing away all the dross! (Chuckle).

Do you see why this is already done? Why this will be a gradual, smooth glide if you remain flexible to change and focus on the positive? Change is the only constant in the universe! You create what you focus on! The rising energies are making it easier and easier for you to create, and we ask that you be ready and able to master these changes. In offering to work with you, we give you this final gift, to further your imagination and expand your potential. Why wait for a healing session to call in Spirit? You should be communing with your Higher Self all the time, since you are striving to lock in and live from that higher perspective. You can amend the Healing Prayer in myriad ways, and we will gladly guide and protect you on trips to the dentist or doctor, to take a test, to work or to play. Keep calling in Spirit, keep asking for help, and all will flow better! Remember we said the communication is two-way? Pretend that it already is, and you are actively creating that reality!
