Frequency & Physicality Part 11 - Keys To Transformation

Greetings, Dear Ones, from the Brotherhood of Light. We gather in great numbers as this new swell of energy takes hold at the winter solstice of 2003.

           Yes, the ever-increasing Divine Light on earth is opening even more the cosmic gates of ascension. We speak of the raising of the human awareness, of co-creating with your own divinity, of finding and merging with the eternal essence that is your true Be-ing while you are still in a physical body. How many times have you read that death is merely a transition, a transmutation of form - i.e. transformation of energy from one state to another? Yes, as you begin to feel more and more the constant press of the new energies, the parts of you that want to rise will be held back by those parts of you unable to rise - the imbalances, energetic and physical, that need to be cleared so that you may rise gracefully, as a balanced, blended being, into the higher realms.

           Throughout the Frequency & Physicality material, we have explained the needed change in perspective that underlies all of your progress - releasing the separation of duality for the wholeness of Oneness. What does that mean? That you will view this life, and everything in it, from a new, enlighted perspective. You will see the lessons, the dramas that people play out, the karma created, good and bad, all around you. You will begin to cherish every moment of being in body as a rare, fleeting gift. This new perspective leads to new understanding, which allows you to coast through all experiences without falling into the drama and lessons that people are blindly acting out.

           If you consider each life as a level of school, one that you attend and then go Home, you will appreciate the transience of physical life. Some people who embrace the philosophy of reincarnation are having trouble fitting that into the Now time perspective. If all time is really Now, and all is happening at once, then where is the spiral of life-death-rebirth? Does it go away? Is this belief system actually wrong, in terms of spiritual science? Dear ones, again this is a difference in perspective. The reincarnation structure is perfectly molded for your duality, which requires biological life and death, plus separation from Spirit. From within duality, yes, that is what is real and the reincarnation belief stands correct.

           But from a higher perspective, since there is no past, present and future (i.e. linear time) the parameters of that reality makes time much more flexible and accessible. Since you are really eternal beings, your physical births and deaths are all part of your learning process and thus your soul's growth. What we are endeavoring to explain to you, as you sit separate in your duality perspective, is that the Eternal You has done this life-death cycle many times, and still exists! As soon as your energetic body releases your current physical shell, you move into the higher dimensions and are gladly welcomed back! Yes, greeted by your soul family, your true family, in whatever form you need to help the transition back from the lower realms.

           For many of you, this is a repetition of concepts that you already know. Now we are asking you to live from that perspective, to see out of new eyes, the eyes of your Higher Self that knows all of this to be true, and more. In other words, we ask you to expand your vision of faith in a higher power to that higher power resides in me, and is me. Do you see the difference? One is separate, the other is One (chuckle). Ah, we do so love to play with your language.

           For indeed, humor is divine, and contains much healing energy. You will find that we have quite a sense of humor, and endless patience, since we do not measure time in units that are lost. When you call upon us in the Circle of Grace meditation, you will find that we have all the time in the world! All of the information we offer here relates to healing of mind, spirit and body. In order to fully heal, you must clear and balance all four levels, or layers, of your dense etheric body - physical, emotional, mental and spiritual. Once you begin to see yourselves as energetic beings with physical cores, you will make much progress on the path to true healing.

           The energies are rising, dear ones, and so you are beginning to feel your auras. Your senses are expanding into the realm of what you consider extra sensory perception, which is actually the full sensory perception normal in the higher realms. You all have the capacity to become channels, seers, shamans, and energetic healers. As you grow into this higher awareness, does it not make sense that you are becoming aware of all the energetic imbalances you are carrying? Hence the onslaught of illness, allergies, phobias, anxieties, old and new, that many of you are experiencing.

           Even those of you who are physically and emotionally healthy will still experience the symptoms of pre-ascensionitis that we have explained in prior material. Your bodies are shifting, and need much rest, quiet, and good nourishment to gracefully weather the process. You are in a period of enforced hibernation, as it were, without the ability to rest as much as your bodies require because you still have to function in you everyday lives. That is why we say, rest as much as you can. Allow yourselves that, or the rest you do get will not be restful!

           Dear ones, as you yearn to attain a level where you can, indeed, materialize thoughts into things, do you realize that you can also materialize your worries and doubts? For those of you who focus too much on your fears, you succeed in creating them, do you not? Ah, he said, I was afraid that would happen, and it did. You must reach a level of clarity and control over all your aspects so that you do not create negativity! In a realm where thoughts are things, imagine what would happen if Be-ings could create whatever crossed their mind, without any quality control!

           Quite honestly, you will know within yourselves when you have reached that level of progress, you won't need us to tell you. The more you learn and grow in awareness, the more you gain understanding of where you are in the process. We endeavor to explain the workings of the universal laws and the workings of your physical and energetic bodies to help expand your framework of reference. The more you believe that anything is possible, the faster will be your expansion. The more that you believe in yourselves, and in your power of infinite creation, the more you will be able to create thoughts into things! The more that you clear and balance all the layers of your total Be-ing, the better you will be able to do all of it! Circles within circles, layers of meaning that affect both physical and non-physical levels of reality. Knowing how to navigate these levels, and how to prepare for them, determine what kind of transition you experience.

           So when we say, lie down and do the Circle of Grace clearing exercise with us, our invitation is much broader than just physical clearing. Saying the Healing Prayer out loud gives us vibratory permission to enter your physical space, to merge 4D and 5D, and to work with you in healing at all levels. For the physical body, this means clearing and refueling the meridians of your nervous system, and clearing your energetic structures (chakras, etc.) For your emotional body, it means releasing the old baggage of accumulated stress from this life and past ones. For the mental body, it is a re-balancing of focus and intent, as you learn to merge left and right brain and gain conscious harmony with all layers. And for the spiritual body, well, it is a coming Home, a cleansing of errant patterns, a reuniting with the huge part of you that resides beyond the Veil of Forgetfulness.

           You, the reader, are but a small part of your much larger consciousness that lies beyond the range of your current senses. This, too, is changing with the rising energies of the earth. For those of you awakened and aware, you are beginning to feel the planet's shift changing your electromagnetic structure. For eons, you have lived through your bottom three chakras, or below the belt. All of your life experiences were filtered through root (survival), sacral (family) and solar-plexus (society). In other words, you were gut-centered. Now, you are evolving into the full potential of your 7-chakra structure (and beyond), with heart as the new center of your Be-ing that guides the 3 above and the 3 below. This energetic shift requires you to live from the heart, and thus to embrace change at all levels. Jobs are suddenly ending, marriages becoming stifling, you find yourself itching to move but have no idea where to go or how to survive.

           Dear ones, this is a time of change. All is changing. All that does not resonate with your heart is becoming more and more painful to bear. All pain comes from resistance to change. Even people that are not seeking change are finding it thrust upon them. Why? You are being asked to live according to your heart, fulfilling your talents and your soul purpose. As the balance of energy shifts into higher definition, does it not make sense that the spiritual is becoming more important than the material? For those of you who can move beyond fear and express their true talents, much abundance will follow. Once you are doing the work you were meant to do, the universe will support your efforts. Why? Because you will be happy! True happiness is the emotion of joy, which is the essence of unconditional love and the purest energetic resonance of God. With joy as your fuel, the most precious energy in the universe, you will be fulfilled in the creation of your dreams and goals, and your work will have value to others.

           On your planet, there is an additional impediment to spiritual progress - and that is money. Rather than have a barter exchange of energy, services and goods, you measure your work and your worth by how much paper money you hold in your hand. The true measure of a person cannot be measured by their monetary earning potential. Nor can it be measured by how many pretty things they collect. What is the true measure of a person? To us, it is a function of how much Divine Light they exude, but also measured by their potential to do so. In other words, you all have the potential to become self-realized! It is a matter of remembering who you really are, and carrying the awareness of your divinity in every moment that you live and breathe.

           Paramount to this whole process, and to your success: Believe in yourself! Block out all negativity, and follow your heart. Your self-worth hinges on believing that you can succeed! If you see yourself as a failure, then you are judging yourself, and finding yourself lacking. Dear ones, there is no lack in the Divine Plan! Only in duality, and only in your perception. It is not enough to mentally assimilate this concept, however. That only shifts the mental body. You must have faith in yourself at the emotional level - love for self, in the heart. You must feel it as clearly as you do your anxieties, doubts and tears.

           Do you follow?
           We hope you do.

           As we have explained in prior text, the human emotions range in vibration from low to high. On a scale of 1 - 10 (just being linear here for a moment), Fear fills the bottom half, and Love fills the top half. Fear in all of its faces (worry, doubt, denial, anger, etc.) is negative energy, and damages the body at all levels. Love, in ascending levels of purity, heals and energizes the body at all levels. Here's the catch: Your bodies can only hold one vibration at a time. So, you cannot be loving toward someone and angry at them in the same moment. But here's the good part: Love cancels out Fear. The higher vibrations cancel out the lower ones. That is why Jesus is quoted to have said, ƒturn the other cheek. At the physical level, he was demonstrating emotional self-control and choosing love over hate, yes, but he was doing much more than that! At the energetic level, he was transmuting the energy of hatred into love. And that's the best way to clean up your planet - by transforming all the negativity around you into love. That is why each and every individual is so vital to the raising of the human consciousness. It doesn't matter if you drive a bus, deliver mail or tend flowers, as long as you enjoy your life and spread that joy to others. Just do whatever you do with a smile!

           Throughout our teachings, we have emphasized two things: You all have the potential to become self-realized, and that power already lies within you. In truth, you already have succeeded - remember, you are Eternal! That is the big cosmic joke, dear ones, that we keep asking you to remember who you truly are, and you keep saying, Remember what? (Chuckles.) So, until you do gain access to your cellular memories, we advise you to have faith in yourselves, in knowing that you are divine, in knowing that as long as you live through your hearts, you cannot fail!

           Now, on to some more physical facts as we continue our list of pre-ascensionitis symptoms. Since you are changing down to the cellular level, it stands to reason that your bodies will be affected at all levels of system function. We have already covered changes in eating and sleeping patterns, fatigue and depression, joint aches, reduced memory and increased illness. All is coming up to be cleared, dear ones, and you are feeling it all more clearly! To this list we now add some effects of sensory expansion into the 4-5D range.

           Many people are now having moments of telepathy, clairvoyance, hearing deceased relatives, seeing different forms of energy in the sky, and other strange experiences. What did you think would happen when your senses expanded? You begin to pick up things that used to be beyond your sensory range. No, you're not going crazy - you're becoming divine! Since all that lay beyond your senses was invisible, you didn't know it was there. How could you?

           You are also discovering senses that you didn't know you had. Your skin is your largest sensory organ, and how you treat it will change. Certain types of clothing will become stifling to you, simply because your clothes are within your aura and can affect your energy flows. Color, too, will cause pain or pleasure to your emotional body, and influence what you choose to wear. Also, the tightness of clothing might become an issue for some people, as they begin to feel where their energetic meridians are being squeezed or tickled. Some may give up tight belts, others may no longer feel comfortable in tops with tight necks.

           So, not only are your senses becoming sensitive to a broader range of stimuli, your body sensitivity to stimuli (sound, smell, touch, etcƒ) is becoming more acute, as well. Yes, more than just your food preferences will change! We speak here of the physical aspect of love, that you call sex. Difficult for many people to speak about, and an area of your lives that needs to be cleared of negativity. Dear ones, you will find yourselves gravitating away from sex, seeking instead to make love. Is this not logical and necessary, that the physical expression of Divine Love should be honest, open, giving, and come from the heart?

           Physical love between two people is also an exchange of vital energy. What you do, how you do it, is not just expressed as hands on flesh. You create cords of energy at head, heart, solar plexus and root. You feed each other universal energy, at whatever level of energetic expression you have attained. Did you know that your chakras can merge and blend together in this process, no matter what type of physical communion is achieved? So, you will become increasingly sensitive to the difference between gut energy and heart energy, which is universal energy refined with the divine essence of love from your heart charkas. Once you have elevated your awareness to functioning at the heart level, the lower levels will no longer suit you energetically.

           That is why it is vital to clean up your relationships, to bring your emotional body into balance, to bring in the higher energies that your entire Be-ing needs to live. To live against your heart will create more and more pain in the physical body, and the accumulation of pain will eventually cause illness. Making love, on the other hand, is a union of two energetic beings that nourishes both with the highest purity of universal energy possible to sustain in your current electromagnetic structure. Once you fully grasp that every physical action has an energetic component and reaction, you will understand why your physical needs are changing. Simply put, sex is a below the belt function, while making love comes from the heart, and can be expressed by just holding hands.

           How do you think we express love in the non-physical realms, with no hands to hold? (Chuckle.) With no male or female genders to define or limit us? Ah, the scope of our energetic creations are shared by - you guessed it - a merging of energies! The higher realms have color and sound that is beyond your imagination, a much broader palate of energetic frequencies, if you will. As some of you are discovering, your sensory expansion includes more inspiration from the muses that drive you in all fields of thought, from art to science to industry. Prepare for new talents and technologies to emerge in your societies as people follow their hearts and open up their innate gifts and talents to share with others.

           What happens when you do this? Good, you remembered - you cannot fail!
