Frequency & Physicality - Part Eight
LIVING IN AWARENESS

Greetings, dear ones, from the Brotherhood Of Light. We gather in great numbers to watch and guide you through this year, and the ones to come. For this is a pivotal time, you see, and one in which you must all watch very carefully what is going on around you. Yes, in this segment of information on Frequency & Physicality, we continue with the ongoing theme of being in a heightened state of awareness. Awareness of both your outer world and your inner world, as well.

     The two, inner and outer worlds, are so much more intertwined than you know! Your health reflects the state of the earth's health, and vice versa. More global and virulent diseases? Yes, indeed. More cataclysmic weather, wreaking havoc and destroying lives and property? Also happening, so much so that you barely flinch any more when the latest disaster hits the news.


     Be aware, dear ones, not to get desensitized to it all. Remain aware of all the lives lost and affected every day by viruses, politics, poverty, and ignorance. So much of your warring is due to ignorance! To misinformed, misguided people whose belief structures have been malformed or distorted. Such is the state of the global pain of mankind. We do not mean here for you to focus on the world's miseries and make yourselves miserable. No, it is by acknowledging the existing depths that one can aspire to the highest heights. We speak here of your ability to make choices.

     You can choose your reality, this has been spoken of before, and often. You can decide the tone of how you live your lives. If enough people heighten their vibrational expression, then the tone of all humanity must necessarily rise! We have offered you the Circle of Grace material to help you clear your bodies. We have explained the path to clearing your auras, by first identifying your issues and lessons, then embracing them and releasing them through forgiveness. Yes, it is the same process we speak of here, only on a much broader scale. For the internal and external realities must both be dealt with, cleared and balanced.

     When life is in balance, it is in perfect resonance. Balance is the key to health, and to happiness. All the things that cause you pain in your lives are those very things that are out of balance, and must be healed. The Buddha said, Seek the Middle Way. No extremes at either end should rule you. Moderation is the key. He was, in effect, speaking about gaining perfect balance in all aspects of your lives. These words may seem unattainable from where you sit, if chaos reigns around you and your reality is filled with tumultuous upheavals. Indeed, many of you are experiencing your own earth changes as your old lives are swept away and you find yourselves poised on the brink of a high cliff, about to step off into thin air.

     Yes, though we revel in humor and always offer a positive perspective, we honor the deep cleansings going on right now for all lightworkers. So many of you face the most difficult decision - believing in yourselves! Risking careers, jobs, relationships, and friends, to follow your hearts and make drastic changes in your lives. Why? To become happy and fulfilled, satisfied to go to bed at night and excited to awaken for each brand new day. Can you imagine feeling that way all the time? If you already do, congratulations! Spread that joyful light as much as you can, for it is sorely needed around you.

     Why is it that people gather to hear teachers, to touch gurus, to bask in the presence of those enlightened ones you have identified? To feel their energy! To be a part of, for even a brief time, the solid energy of one who has successfully transitioned to full realization while still in body. Yes, this is precisely what we want each and every person to accomplish! In order to rise into those higher energies and maintain that level of vibratory expression, your bodies must be cleared enough to make that leap! When one level shifts, all levels must shift.

     This year of change encompasses change on many levels. The earth's shift is now affecting your biology in a major way, and you are beginning to feel the true extent of the auric damage you are all carrying. Those phobias and anxieties, seemingly occurring out of nowhere, or recurring when you thought them healed, where are they coming from? Why now? Why so suddenly? The earth's new energetic balance is dredging up the depths of your imbalances. All the vestiges must be released, the cleaning up, you see, must be complete. Dear ones, those of you being affected now are in truth ahead of the game as you are shifting first. You are the sensitive ones, rising along with the earth's ascension, and will feel those changes down to your bones. The good news is, you will be done and functioning well when the masses begin to shift, and then your help and talents will be much needed. All is covered, dear ones, in the Divine Plan.

     We will remind you here that this material is written in Now time, for our channel writing in June and you reading this in August, the time is the same. For those people shifting through the next ten years, you are reading this material in your appropriate Now time. How does this work? Now time is eternal time, and you are eternal beings. How can Now time be the same for all, and yet be constantly individual for each one? Because change is the only constant in the universe! As all of humanity is changing, we look ahead from our higher vantage point and say to you, congratulations. We see the Shift as complete, as done and well done, because the future is truly as much part of Now as is the past and the present. That is why some of you will rise more quickly, others more slowly. Each will find his or her way, depending on how much the mind can stretch and how much the body can clear.

     Make no mistake, everyone on the planet is shifting. The extent of your transformation depends on your awareness of the process! Many people will continue in their present mode of life, and never realize that their lives could have changed. We explained in prior text that you expand from the third dimension into the fourth, and then the fifth. 3D is included in 4D, and both 3D and 4D are included in 5D. That is why some people will consciously and physically shift, while others will physically shift without awareness. Those are the ones that will need your help, lightworkers, for the ones without conscious awareness of the process will not fare as well as you will. Those who have accumulated too much physical and auric damage to make the physical shift will transition through illness or intent. We speak here of the older generation, dear ones, do not fear for your children. Your children have entered this life with many of the attributes you strive for, and will gracefully flow through the shift, even help direct its flow, too.

     Yes, your awareness is key to the ascension process. That is why we said at the beginning, be aware of the world's ongoing events. In the last section, we spoke about Being in this world but not of it. Dear ones, some of you are so focused on your upward rise that you are losing your grounding, your foothold in humanity. Your contract is to be here! To be human! To become ascended humans, and raise matter itself to a higher vibratory expression of Be-ing! You cannot do all of that if you are seeking to escape the human condition.

     Be present. Be loving, at all times, with every move you make and every breath you take. Once you begin to see the sheer beauty of this world, the perfection of all forms of life, you will be experiencing the fringes of ascension. Please, do not ask to speed up this process! Instead, ask for it to flow gracefully, in Divine Timing. Once you do that, do not become impatient, for until you are fully present in Now time, you will not see the workings of Divine time. That is your leap of faith, dear ones, trusting that all will unfold as it should, for your highest good.

     In the meantime, there is so much to do! Work with us, come float in the healing energy we offer you through the Circle of Grace, clear your bodies, your emotions, your minds, your hearts. Find your faith within, your joy within, your peace within. Then you can radiate that wisdom outward, the knowledge that all seek is that God has been inside you, always, and you have never been alone. Through our work together and the words before you, we offer you access to the divine flame you carry, have always carried, and have never lost.

     There is no duality. It is only your perception of duality that creates all of your limitations!

     That is why, dear ones, we are working with you on awareness. Achieving a new, higher state of awareness and moving into that space, thereto reside permanently. Ascension is merely another step in your soul growth, which is predicated upon the experiences of many lifetimes. It is time to reap what you have sown, to shed the imbalances and let your light shine. Clearing at all levels, physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual is getting rid of all the dark spots so that your Divine light may shine, clear and bright.

     So, what is happening now, in your second half of the year 2003? The energy is settling like a heavy blanket. Your bodies are slow, sluggish, and fragile. You feel as if gravity has increased, do you not? Yes, this is a major transition time for the earth and all aboard her. Our suggestions to sleep, eat, drink and move around as your body dictates, is it not a relief to be told to slow down? Yes, for you feel as if time has speeded up, and you are barely keeping up! Imagine your prior energy signature as a rubber band you hold in your hands, and can pluck at will. Suddenly, that rubber band has been replaced by a new, thicker one that is heavier to hold, harder to pluck, with a deeper vibration! Your hands are now clumsy around this new band, unused to the feel of it. It takes more effort, more muscle, more focus, more energy to work this new band. Here we offer the adage: Blessed are the flexible, for they shall never be bent out of shape (chuckle)!

     Yes, dear ones, flexibility is the key to success. Staying grounded while you reach up is essential! That is why we urge you to clear, clear, clear at all levels. Do the Circle of Grace with us, do it regularly, make it part of your daily routine. It is a way to simultaneously clear and refuel yourselves with the essential universal energy that your bodies so desperately need right now. What better way to adjust to the new frequency? Drink it in, dear ones, drink it in and assimilate it.

     Remember to speak to us out loud, to call in the four levels when you say the Healing Prayer: Call in God, your favorite religious figures, we the Brotherhood of Light, and your own Higher Self. Remember to keep your jaw slack or open if you can, that is the trigger that causes your meridians to flow and release. If you have had trouble meditating in the past, you were probably lying there with your jaw clenched. When the jaw is loose, the whole body relaxes. When your jaw is tight and clenched, you are poised for fight-or-flight. That is how the human body is wired, dear ones. This may seem like a trivial point to you, but keys are often small - try unlocking your own front door without your key! Keeping your jaw relaxed is essential to all healing, all meditation, and all higher works.

     And that is what we are here to teach, how your bodies work, how the universal laws work, how everything around you is within your power to create and recreate-if-and this is a huge if-if you believe in yourself! Yes, the law of Divine Creation, that you indeed have the ability to create as God does, is key to your ascension, to your transition, to your clearing and balancing your life. Not such a small key, this one (chuckle)! Akin to stepping off a cliff into thin air, yet knowing that Spirit is supporting your feet and supplying you with a firm path. Invisible we are, for now, to most of you. Becoming more visible now, more audible, more tangible, to some of you! As you each swim up into the new awareness, all of humanity will follow.

     In this zone of free will, do you understand that each and every person must decide for themselves what to believe? How to believe? We say, believe in yourselves, and believe fully, that is your what and your how. Believe that you can reach the higher realms, and you will. Believe that you can create anything you desire through an act of will, and you will! Believe in yourselves, each a spark of Divine radiance encased in a physical shell, down in the material plane where the real heavy work needs to be accomplished. Yes, that is why the transition times feel so heavy. You are beginning to sense the different levels, the different dimensions, each with its own distinct sensations of physical and non-physical pressures. That is why we urge you to slow down, to rest often, to honor the body's needs as those needs evolve. They must necessarily evolve, in order to transition. And you must adjust slowly, to do it gracefully and without harm.

     For those of you seeking a key message in this moment, we offer the key word Merkabah. Ah, yes, eyebrows perking up? Getting interested, are we? What do you think your bodies are, apart from the small consciousness you hold of them? Why, they are the physical core of your merkabah vehicle, your entry into the interdimensional realms beyond your transformation. If your bodies cannot maintain the higher energies of the sacred science required for entry to those levels, you will not reach them in this lifetime. Yes, your bodies are the key to unlocking your future potential. So look to the ultimate goal, dear ones, do not focus on the current obstacles on your path. For they will loom larger and larger to you, fed by doubt and worry. Look instead beyond those obstacles, and put them in their proper perspective!

     Working on your perspective is essential to your progress. That is why we have stepped forward, at this time, with healing help and information. Work with us in active meditation, and we will help you attain grace through the Circle of Grace. Again, we state a simple rule beyond which we dare not tread: All that we do is for the good. We cannot, and will not, do anything in our work that may cause you harm. We also cannot do beyond what you ask us for. That would be overriding free will and tampering with your lives, which we are sworn not to do.

     So, asking to evolve is nice, but will not get you there in our work together, dear ones. Speak the healing prayer out loud. That brings your hopes, wishes and dreams into your physical reality, and gives us permission to work with you in your space. Then continue to talk out loud! Ask us to clear your blockages, energetic and physical, from the physical level on out. Ask us to help you through life lessons and issues. Ask us for input and guidance on decisions, big and small, and watch how Spirit will communicate with you! There are many more questions you can ask, within the Circle Of Grace material, which we have no room for here. But we hope you get the picture: Work on each level, and clear it before moving on to the next. If your list is too long, we will do the work with crisis mode in mind, and defer the rest.

     We also offer to be with you in your daily lives, not only when you lie down to connect. This is excellent practice for Be-ing in the new energies all of the time - be aware that we are there with you! Your whole life is becoming one long communion with Spirit, so why not start it yourself? The communication is two-way, always has been, only you were not aware of it. Make no mistake, we do not hang around every minute of every day, nor do we intrude in anything you consider private. But consider this - once you do achieve that conscious, constant connection that you so desire, you will never be alone again! Some of you are waiting for it to hit you, so to speak, while others are consciously working towards creating it. Who do you think will reach there first (chuckle)? This is not a race, dear ones, please do not misunderstand. We so value the individual differences between each and every one of you, as miraculous as ever-changing snowflakes. Your diversity is your greatest asset, dear humans, your focus your greatest tool, your faith your greatest strength. Wield them all together, and you will create Eden in your midst.

     We are so proud of your progress, we cherish every laugh and every tear and every gesture of love that you express. We watch the increasing light filling the planetary grids, and we are in awe of the beautiful tapestry you are weaving, an integral part of the Divine Plan. As each snowflake creates the total beauty of a winter storm, you each play an essential role in moving humanity upward and Divinity forward. Once earthly matter becomes spiritualized, what worlds you will be able to access, and create! It is our greatest honor to aid in your progress, and support you on your path to total Mastery.
