Frequency & Physicality - Part 5 - Rising Gracefully with the Earth's Changes

            Greetings from the Brotherhood Of Light. We are gathered in great numbers to help you through this year of change, 2003. Life is changing drastically, is it not? Yet, the more difficult the challenge, the more the outcome will bring you peace. That is the way of lessons learned - they no longer bother you!

            No matter how difficult things may seem, remember that you sometimes have to make room for the new by first clearing out the old. Though it may seem like you are parting with things you need to keep, or unable to keep the friends you thought were forever, watch what will come in their place! Some of you have already gone through a material cleansing in your lives, and have not only survived, but prospered in new directions. Some of you are still muddling through, wondering when it will get better. Others of you reading this do not want to be reminded, yet again, of the imbalances in their lives that they have not acknowledged or addressed.

            Rising through the dimensions is a melding into those higher frequencies that can only be achieved if you release the low-frequency imbalances in your body, at all levels, physical, emotional, mental and spiritual. Though your entire energetic being has many more layers than that, the four layers of the dense etheric body must be your first priority, or you will never gain access to the rest of your total being!   We have not suddenly changed topics, dear ones, we are drawing a parallel in your lives between the stresses at play in your outside world and how they affect your inner world. Family stress, marital stress, job stress, financial stress - all emotional stress is translated into physical stress, which if unreleased, develops into physical illness.

            Yes, back to our favorite subject, the health of the human body! In our continuing focus on Frequency and Physicality, we would like to impart a progress report to your current time, in May 2003. (Text written 3/15/03).   Now that you are within the last ten years of the Great Shift, we will point out that the first ten years were a much slower, smoother ride. Though you have felt many fluctuations in the Earth's frequencies, these energetic changes were easier to navigate because they went up and down, giving you surcease in the low spots to recover from the intensity of the high spots. You may argue with our use of the word smoother, since for many of you it has been a rather bumpy ride, but it was easier for you to find a mid-range balance in between the fluctuations.

            Beginning in the year 2003, the Earth is leveling off and maintaining a higher, deeper level of energetic expression than has ever been possible before. What does this mean? That the new baseline of the Earth's frequency, the point from which it goes up or down, is a higher and therefore more refined level of energy than has ever been experienced by humanity. But from your in body perspective, the energy surrounding you has gotten heavier! You have been waiting for it to let up, to ease back to a comfort level that you recognize, but this will not happen. Your bodies must now adjust to a new comfort zone, one in which you seem to have less energy, less time, less patience, less rest. The only thing you seem to have more of is work!

            Why? Due to the compression of time, your days are actually shorter than your clocks indicate. Who is right, the clock on the wall or your own body? You struggle to maintain a full work schedule based on past times (chuckle), and find you have less time to eat, rest, play and sleep. Why? You will find that in 4D the more you focus your attention on something, as you do at work, the more you have the ability to slow down time. When you're carefree and enjoying yourself, you are content to let time go by, and it goes by faster! Once you realize that you have this power over time and begin to master it, you will be able to create all the time that you need!

            When we say that all of life is designed to bring you your life lessons, we mean all levels of life.   Everything that happens around you and within you can be seen, and explained, through the perspective of life lessons that your soul is seeking to learn. Many crisis situations are lessons that were not addressed when they were manageable, and now have grown to dysfunctional proportions. Were you to study the evolution of these situations, you would see the moments when abundance issues arose and became obstacles, when communication issues blocked potential resolution, and how focusing on or ignoring the situation turned the tide one way or the other. Looking back is only good for tracking those patterns, for seeing where you went wrong and why, so that you may change the outcome the next time.

            You yourselves say, Hindsight is cheap, and we do agree on that! Hindsight can be very constructive, if you see the mistake and learn not to repeat it. Hindsight can also be very destructive if you get stuck there, saying I should have done this, I could have done that, if only I had known - well, if you had known, the lesson would not have presented itself! We do not mean to be flippant here, for we know how many of you are struggling with huge problems, heart-wrenching decisions, and life-threatening situations. It is at those very times of crisis that people reach up for God's help, in whatever form they believe. We offer to meet with you on a more regular basis (chuckle), and work together so that your lives will be a co-creation of spiritual intent and physical expression. You do not have to bounce from one crisis to the next like a rubber ball, you can learn to affect and direct all that is around you!

            Do you believe that for every question there exists an answer somewhere? Sometimes, it is a wise choice to say, yes, I know the answer is out there, I just don't know where it is or how to find it yet. Realizing that there is a gap in your information is much more productive than being stalled because you don't see any solution anywhere. If you can't see it, do you conclude that it does not exist?

            Can you see air? No. Does it exist? Yes. Would you miss it if it disappeared, even though you can't see it? Oh, yes, indeed, you would know the instant you had no more air to breathe! We could continue in this vein for a while (Can you see radio waves? Can you see X-rays? Can you see gravity? Can you see satellite transmissions and TV broadcasting? Can you see microwaves? Can you see the whole Internet? Can you see your auras?), but we hope you get the picture.

            All of these examples have to do with invisible forces of energy that you use every day and take for granted. So, we wish to expand this understanding you have of things invisible that you use, to include us and the higher realms! Can you see us yet? No. Do we exist? Yes. Do we exist whether or not you believe we do? Yes. Can we help you reach us? Yes. Can we do it for you, without your dedicated effort? No. You must take the time, and make the effort, to reach up from within.

            That is why we are here, to offer you a connection process, a clearing process, a way to heal and balance your lives so that you may expand your existence into the higher realms. The Circle Of Grace, dear ones, is already within you. All of your answers and solutions do exist within you, even if you cannot see them yet!

            Well, you may be thinking, it can't be that simple. Life is just too complicated, too demanding, too hard, for a simple meditation to fix everything. So, we ask you, why can't good things be simple? Why can't the best solution be easy? If you believe that all reward comes from hard, unremitting work, then that is the path that you choose to inflict upon yourself! If that is your expectation of life, that is what you will create. What you believe in creates your reality!

            For many of you, a good night's sleep is difficult to achieve. Yet, when you wake, refreshed and energized after that rare six-to-eight-hour stretch of blessed sleep, does not the day shine? Do you not have more energy, more patience, and a better frame of mind in which to tackle the day's duties? Yes! Feeling better allows you to function better. When you function better, you get more done, you do it better, and you are happier doing it! Imagine living a whole week feeling that good, a month, a yearÄdo you see where we are going?

            You should feel that good every day! Once you have released enough blockages so that your meridians become free flowing, you will consistently feel better and your entire life will improve, at all levels. You say that for every illness that man suffers, God put a plant on Earth that can cure it. We say, no matter what befalls you in life, God put a clearing process in your bodies that can help you heal and deal with whatever happens. In a recent issue of this magazine (Sedona Journal, March 2003), we offered a concise overview of the Circle Of Grace process, including the different release patterns that the body naturally uses to clear pain and stress from your nervous system.

            Here we would like to remind you of two essential steps in this process. 1) Say the Healing Prayer out loud to begin each session, to give us permission to work with you in your space. 2) Keep your jaw open or slack at all times, for that is the on-off switch for your meridians. When your jaw is tense, your body is tense. When your jaw is loose, your body relaxes and the meridians will release. The release of pain and stress is always accompanied by an influx of new, clear universal energy. Remember, there is never a drain without a gain, for your nervous system is a closed-pressure system. When one end is stimulated to release, the other end automatically activates to intake an equal amount of new energy. Your physical body requires food as fuel, and your etheric body requires universal energy as fuel. Regular care and maintenance of the aura through the Circle Of Grace will keep both the aura and its physical core healthy and balanced.

            Why is the Circle Of Grace relevant to your metaphysical path? You are releasing the dense, old 3D energy, and making way for the new, more refined 4D energy! You are dumping the accumulated physical imbalances caused by all of your previous life experiences. You are clearing your spiritual vehicle at all levels so that it may rise in its vibration and allow you to mesh with a higher frequency of life expression. Ascension can be as simple as you make it, or as complex as you believe it to be. Which do you choose?

            A few words of caution are needed here to balance all of the incoming metaphysical information around you, including that which you hold in your hands. It is vital to your own development to accept those concepts that resonate for you, and let the rest go. Truth is a very personal, intimate thing that is different for each of you. Use your blooming 4D senses to filter out what is true for you. This also applies to going to seminars, lectures, and listening to other peoples' perspectives. Hold on to what feels good and right to you, and put the rest back. This is your greatest gift from Spirit, the power of choice that you wield from being in the Free Will Zone!

            Many of you feel frustrated that things aren't changing fast enough, that we paint glowing pictures of what you will soon become, but nothing has happened. Yet. Once you begin to grow into your powers, dear ones, what do you think will happen? If thoughts do indeed create things, do you realize how easy it would be to mis-create? To wish someone dead creates much more karma than you know! To wish ill on anyone or anything goes against God's Will. Do you have that level of mental control yet? Do you have enough emotional control to always Be in a state of unconditional love?

            Do you not say that there is a fine line between love and hate? We say, that fine line must become a broad chasm before you stand fully in a state of Love and materialize anything. Once you are fully merged into 5D, it will be impossible for you to inflict harm to any living creature. You will also be keenly aware of when you might be creating negative karma with others. Your spiritual radar will guide you true, and you will know what to do in every moment to be harmless as you flow through life.

            Yes, full Mastery is achieving a state of unconditional love, of total harmlessness. Once there, you will navigate the waters of your life in total peace, calm and serenity. Until then, dear ones, do you see why it is unnecessary to worry and fret over not being there yet? That is a waste of your energy, because living in the Now means not worrying about your future! Our main message is that you still need to learn how to control what you think and feel. If you are often swept away by fear and doubts, by regrets or envy, if that is where your thoughts go over and over, those are the very issues you need to face, clear and release.

            All of this work, your metaphysical work and ours, is at the energetic level - curing your mental loops is crucial to bringing your full awareness into the current Now, and releasing that old baggage instead of hanging on to it. Raising your personal vibration is both a physical and mental challenge, and mind over matter is how you will succeed. Does it not stand to reason that, in order to expand energetically into the higher dimensions, you need an energetic way of cleaning out the old 3D mindsets and physical blockages?

            Yes, that is why we have stepped forward with this simple exercise at this time. Your entire Be-ing, physical, emotional, mental and spiritual, must be healed at all levels in order to resonate with the incoming new frequencies. You are the key that unlocks the door to the higher dimensions. You are your own best spiritual tool! We are merely the humble mechanics, sent by Spirit to facilitate your path by teaching you how things really operate in the higher dimensions.

The vibration of your voice brings the idea, the sentiment, the desire into the fruition of your third and fourth dimensions, the dimensions of material and materialization.
